Paris – Wednesday September 9 through 12th

I have totally messed up my blogging schedule.  My plan was to memorialize my day on a daily basis, but the activities schedule changed all that.  There was no time to actually sit down and put my thoughts on paper, so to speak.  I finally started to write in the train from London to Paris last Wednesday but had to do it in a program other than WordPress. I have spent any fee moment trying to load the document into the blog to absolutely no avail.  I have given up and will just start here.

Today is Saturday, September 12th, our last day here. Me have had beautiful weather the entire trip.  Today we enjoyed a Rainy day in Paris.  We were prepared though woth raincoats and umbrellas.  We took off about 10:30 and sought out a typical French cafe where we enjoyed crepes and cappuccinos.  Shopping wa on our list today, along with exploring our neighborhood.  Right in our backyard was the Cluny Museum. It is the Nationsl Museum of the Middle Ages.  It is said that Paris emerged in the Middle Ages, between ancient Rome and the Renaissance.  We were limited in our picture taking but I managed a few from the room that housed the Roman Baths.
