Just a quick post to update you on where I am in my travels today. I am spending three days in Positano on the Amalfi Coast at the wonderful Il San Pietro do Positano hotel. The view is spectacular. Yesterday we ventured into town to enjoy this charming town with the cliff side houses and narrow streets full of street vendors and shops. I particularly enjoyed the artist painting the sea scape and little houses tucked into the nooks and crannies of the Mediterranean hillside. We enjoyed lunch at the beach and then headed back to our beautiful hotel to enjoy Lemoncello on the patio. I am getting a bit ahead of myself and need to backtrack to my last day in Tuscany and our tour of Pompeii on our way to Positano. Check back of those posts.
